I want to return my purchase or a part of my order! What do I do?

You may inform us that you wish to refuse a purchase within 7 working days of receipt of the product. You may notify Auroville.com of the cancellation by email via http://www.auroville.com/shop/contact_us.php. The goods should be returned undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging within 5 working days of this notification. You should send a copy of the invoice or delivery note and a covering letter indicating your full account number with the returned goods.

What is your refund and returns policy ?

We will gladly refund you in full for any product you may purchase that you are not completely happy with. Returns should be made within 15 days of receiving your shipment. Certain products such as food items and perishables can not be returned. Simply contact our customer care department and they will advise you how to return your product. Once we received it, we will refund your card in full. In the case of you returning only part of an order, we will refund you for the items returned. Simple as that! 

When are returns not possible?

Cancellation is not possible for goods that have been made especially for you (custom made products). If this is the case, it will be clearly indicated in the product description that you see while ordering. Auroville.com can refuse to accept or refund returned articles when the packaging has been opened or when the products have been used or damaged by you.

When are Refunds provided?

Auroville.com will refund, within 30 days of receipt by Auroville.com of the returned product, any sums paid, minus the direct delivery costs (transport and order handling costs).

How do I cancel an order or items in your order?

Don’t worry, it´s easy! You can raise a complaint from our contact us page. We will take care of everything. 

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

 It depends on what method of payment you have used:

-       If you have paid by credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to your credit.

-       If you have paid by Paypal, the money will be refunded to your Paypal account.

-       If you paid by bank transfer, we will make a net transfer to your account or write you a check, as you prefer.
